Fit

Who this is for, and who it is not.

I would rather lose the booking on this page than on a proposal three weeks from now. Read the right column as carefully as the left one.

This is for you if

You are in one of these situations

  • You promoted two or more sellers into management recently and they are figuring it out alone.
  • Your best manager is still your best closer, and she is rescuing deals instead of building people.
  • Results swing hard month to month and nobody can tell you why.
  • You have women in or near sales leadership and you keep watching them stall at the same point.
  • Your managers are buried in admin, and you suspect AI should have solved that by now.
  • You have bought a one-day training before and nothing about Monday looked different 90 days later.
  • You got the title and not the support, and you have nobody to be honest with about it.
  • You are the only woman on your leadership team and you are tired of translating.

This is not for you if

Any of these are true

  • You want sales training for your reps. This is leadership development for the people who lead them. I do not teach prospecting, discovery or objection handling to individual contributors.
  • You want an energizing hour with no intention of anything changing on Monday. I will give you a great hour, and it will not be worth your money.
  • You are trying to fix one underperforming manager and calling it a culture problem. That is a performance conversation, and it is yours to have.
  • You need the numbers to move inside 30 days. Behavior change in a management layer shows up in a quarter, not a month.
  • Leadership wants the team fixed but does not want to be in the room. Your people read that instantly and nothing sticks.
  • You want an accredited or certified program with a credential at the end. That is not what this is.
  • You want someone who will agree with you. There are cheaper ways to be agreed with.

Ground rules

What I will not do.

Sell you a session I do not think will work

If the fit call tells me your problem is comp design, territory maps or a broken hiring bar rather than leadership skill, I will say that and you will keep your budget. I would rather be the person you call next year.

Deliver yesterday's deck

Every session gets rebuilt on your pipeline after I have talked to your leaders. If you can find the same slides in somebody else's deck with a different logo in the corner, I have not done the work you paid for.

Tell anyone what they want to hear

Not your leaders, and not you. If your rep needs to go, I will say so. If you are the problem in the story you are telling me, I will tell you kindly and then help you fix it.

Take a booking that is standing in for a conversation

Sometimes a workshop gets bought because a hard conversation is being avoided. Training is not a delivery mechanism for feedback somebody owes somebody else, and I will name it if I see it.

Still think it is a fit?

Thirty minutes. Tell me what is happening with your leaders and you will get an honest read, including if the answer is no.
