Speaking

A talk your sales floor is still quoting in March.

Sales kickoffs, leadership summits, women's networks and ERGs, industry conferences, and retreats. Twenty-five years of carrying a number and leading the people who carry one, delivered without a single stock photo of a mountain climber.

Signature

Your Best Rep Is Not Your Best Manager Yet

Why companies keep promoting their top sellers into failure, what the job actually changes into, and what it costs when nobody makes the handoff explicit. The one to open a sales kickoff with.

Women's networks and ERGs

Lead Out Loud

On being promoted for your numbers and judged on your presence. Taking up the room you earned, communicating up, and building the case for your next role before someone else defines it for you.

Leadership summits

AI Took the Busywork. Now Lead.

What is actually leaving the manager's calendar, what is left that only a human can do, and how to lead a team that is quietly worried. Practical and specific, not a futurist keynote.

Retreats and offsites

Focus Under Fire

Attention, prioritization and follow-through for leaders carrying more open loops than any one person should. Built on approaches that work for ADHD brains and useful for every brain in the room.

For organizers

Easy to work with, on purpose.

Formats. Forty-five to sixty minute keynote, ninety minute breakout, or a half-day session. Virtual or in person. Based in the Pacific Northwest and traveling nationally.

Preparation. A call with you beforehand, and a short survey to the audience where the format allows. The talk gets tuned to the room rather than delivered off the shelf.

What you get. Promotional copy, a headshot, a bio in two lengths, and a one-page takeaway for attendees. Sent within a day of booking.

Recent stages. The Rise Rest Retreat, presented by Rise Fitness, where I delivered a 90-minute leadership breakout. I am back on that stage in November 2026.

I was immediately struck by Jessica's energy, she brings a contagious optimism that lifts the room and motivates people to bring their best.

Jennifer Clark, Transformational Sales Leader

I've seen her energize sales teams through a myriad of external challenges to bring in exceptional results. And I've seen her brighten a room and wake up a sleepy meeting.
