My Leadership Journey

I didn’t set out to be a leader — I started in sales, driven, competitive, and passionate about helping people find solutions that worked.

After years in the field and earning top performance awards, I was called into leadership.

Over the next two decades, I led and developed multi-state, award-winning teams. I didn’t have a map — just a desire to learn, grow, and help others do the same. I made mistakes, learned from incredible mentors, and discovered that leadership is as much about self-awareness as it is about strategy.

My Approach

My philosophy is simple: People first. Performance follows.

I lead with coaching. I believe empathy, authenticity, and trust are the foundation of every strong team. My focus is helping leaders become the kind of people others want to follow — leaders who inspire commitment, creativity, and accountability.

I teach leaders how to coach, not just manage — how to create cultures that bring out the best in every person and align teams around a shared purpose.

My Passion

I’m passionate about helping people grow into their potential as leaders. There’s nothing more rewarding than seeing someone step into their confidence, influence, and purpose.

I’m passionate about learning — and just as passionate about teaching. Leadership is never “finished.” It’s a constant evolution, and I love walking alongside others as they discover their own unique leadership style.

The Future of Leadership

The next generation of leadership is here — but it looks different.

Millennials and Gen Z grew up watching leadership look exhausting and unsustainable, and many hesitate to take that step.

I’m passionate about bridging that gap. Modern leadership can be human, balanced, and purpose-driven — and I help organizations and individuals redefine what that looks like.

Leadership isn’t one-size-fits-all. My mission is to help every leader discover what makes them effective, authentic, and inspiring — so they can build cultures people believe in and want to be part of.
